Dreams turned into reality
The Beginning.
Picchios emerged as a small family upholstery shop between me (Martin Irazoqui) and Valentina, doing small restoration work on chairs and armchairs.
We worked in the garage of our house and gradually I was "taking over" other parts of the house, which my beloved partner, Valentina, did not accept; and she was right!
Small Steps.
For obvious reasons we decided to go one step further and expand the company. We rented a place and began to venture into the design of chairs and stools, since we noticed the dissatisfaction of customers with imported furniture.
With this work plan the objective became the original furniture design with the highest quality standards
Selling Online.
We first started by selling on Etsy, where we have gotten one out of two customers to leave a review. And what makes us most proud and drives us to move forward is that all of them have been 5 stars.
Growing Consistently.
Today we make up an excellent work group of 10 people with upholsterers, polishers, seamstresses and carpenters who use their crafts and skills to make our drawings on paper and pencil come true.
