Speranza Armchair, dining chair
This stunning armchair blends modern design with timeless sophistication. The chair features a beautifully crafted wooden frame in rich walnut tones, accentuated by smooth, flowing lines. Its arms curve gracefully from the backrest, offering both support and style. The back and sides of the chair are wrapped in a neutral beige fabric, providing a soft contrast to the warmth of the wood. The understated elegance of the nailhead trim along the edges adds a refined, tactile detail. The woods we offer are: walnut, mahogany, cherry, hard maple and white oak
The finishes are: distressed, lacquer and oil (Rubio Monocoat)
The lacquer finish is the traditional furniture finish. It is very durable and resistant. It consists of sanding down the wood and applying two coats of industrial sealer and two coats of satin lacquer. I use Gemini Vinyl Sealer and lacquer.
Distressed consists of wearing down the wood & marking it in ways to make it look old, we also apply sealer for protection
A third option is oil finish, I use Rubio Monocoat. It has the same performance as the lacquer. It makes a beautiful flat finish and enhances the grain making them darker.
