The Milano you design will be completely built and assembled in the traditional carpenter way, with tenons and mortises, dowels and carpenter glue. We don’t use any type of metal connector like our competitors do, making them loose over time.
You will receive your design at the door of your house ready to enjoy.
This beautiful piece mixes youth, elegance and comfort.
It is a piece achieved, like his sister "Gelina", with fine lines enhanced with French stitching.
Its wood sides give a touch of quality that integrate it into different environments, as they can be achieved in different woods and finishes, such as mahogany, walnut, oak, maple and cherry
It is a piece that has a youthful and funny image that tries to animate any environment.
The finishes are: distressed, lacquer and oil (Rubio Monocoat)
The lacquer finish is the traditional furniture finish. It is very durable and resistant. It consists of sanding down the wood and applying two coats of industrial sealer and two coats of satin lacquer. I use Gemini Vinyl Sealer and lacquer.
Distressed consists of wearing down the wood & marking it in ways to make it look old, we also apply wax for protection
A third option is an oil finish, I use Rubio Monocoat. It has the same performance as the lacquer. It makes a beautiful flat finish and enhances the grain making them darker.
